Barrique Spazio Eventi is the culmination of a dream that originated in the early 20th century, when Manlio Mergè first started the wine-producing business that now bears the name of Poggio Le Volpi.
After helping to put Lazio’s winegrowing heritage back on the map, in 2017, the Epos Bistrot project was launched with the aim of pairing our own-label wines with fine dining based on local recipes.
